January Jibberish

Hi all,

Boy, it's been awhile since we've last posted. And boy, has a lot happened since then! I'm sure eveyone has heard that we're moving to Las Vegas so I won't bore you with all of that. We just wanted to get a quick update up along with some pictures and audio links.

Our trip to Seattle over Thanksgiving to visit Tammy and Steve was great (see picture collage below). They were great hosts and the boys had a blast. Jacob still talks at least once a day about "See-a-tel" and the space needle. We had a good time visiting with Matt and Tisha as well and seeing all the sites. We hope to make it back soon!

Christmas was great and the last two weeks have been a nice break from the regular routine of work. Although, we have been very busy getting things ready for the move and keeping the house all spit and polished for those that want to come see it. We're waiting to make further plans for a house in Vegas until ours sells so we can see what we'll have to put down on a house.

We made a goal this year of doing a better job of capturing our memories. Tonight we spent about an hour just recording the boys talking about themselves and what they're doing. Here's a clip of Aaron singing I Am a Child of God and one of Jacob just babbling about all sorts of things!

We've enjoyed our Indian summer this past month or so...it's been so nice here! We've had quite a bit of rain but it only started snowing this morning. I guess now that it's January winter will start showing it's cold side.

Amy and Mom Benson start their Broadway on Logan debut this week in the production of Little Women, a musical by Loganite Jay Richards. And on Amy's birthday (Thursday the 12th) no less! The music is beautiful and we're all excited to see it come to life on stage.

Well, that's about it. We hope you are all well and having a great start to this new year. We'll keep you posted on everything that happens with the move.

Love, Paul, Amy and the boyz...
